PSYCHOPEDAGOGICAL REPORTS

The psychopedagogical reports are aimed at evaluating the child or adolescent in order to determine if they present any type of learning deficit .
After a first interview with the parents or guardians, a detailed study will be carried out on the minor and a battery of standardized tests will be applied (Intelligence Test, Literacy Tests, Attention Tests, Laterality, etc.) aimed at assessing their abilities and difficulties learning . After this, the report is made which includes the results obtained from the study and, if necessary, the parents or guardians are given the recommended methodological guidelines.
Psychopedagogical reports acquire a special relevance for those cases in which the child or adolescent has a poor school performance , if it is suspected that they may have ADHD , reading disorder, written expression disorder, mathematical calculation disorder, communication, dyslexia , developmental disorders, etc.

PSYCHOLOGICAL REPORTS

The psychological reports are aimed at conducting a psychological evaluation of the person (child, adolescent or adult) in order to determine the emotional, psychological and behavioral characteristics .
Through semi-structured interviews with the evaluated person or with the parents (in the case of a minor) we carry out a psychopathological examination of the person. To carry out these reports, we administer psychodiagnostic tests aimed at exploring personality style, psychopathology, emotional balance, self-esteem, assertiveness, etc.

The psychological report will collect the results obtained from the psychological evaluation, the therapeutic recommendations and the prognosis.

NEUROPSYCHOLOGICAL REPORT

The  neuropsychological report  is the document in which the results of a previous evaluation of the patient are reflected in detail.

For the evaluation, information will be obtained through an interview with the person and relatives of reference, and the administration of a series of neuropsychological tests, which allow an exhaustive assessment of the cognitive functions and emotional and behavioral aspects .The neuropsychological report will collect the information of the patient, tests used, results obtained, conclusions and recommendations, in order to guide both the patient and family, as well as other professionals, on how to proceed in the subsequent intervention if required.

LEGAL OR EXPERT REPORTS

The legal or expert reports are often used in, criminal, labor, traffic accidents civil, family courts, custody, analysis on the credibility of the statement in cases of child sexual abuse, domestic violence or gender, etc. .

The psychological expert is a specialist in Psychology who has a qualification and specialization in the field of Forensic Psychology. The expert or legal report will allow us to issue a series of conclusions that will facilitate the possibility of responding to the specific needs of one of the parties involved in the litigation or required by the Court of Justice itself, which will be ratified in court. at the hearing if the case requires it.

The expert or legal report has the ability to instruct the members of the Court in psychological matters and therefore, it is usually a test that acquires special importance in those lawsuits in which the Judge has to assess psychological aspects .
