European Gold Medal.
Last Friday, March 9, 2018, the European Association for Economics and Competitiveness (AEDEEC) awarded Gerardo Castaño Recuero its highest award ” The European Gold Medal for Merit at Work ” for his activity at the head of the Centro de Psicoterapia Nuestro Psychologist .
In the absence of Gerardo Castaño Recuero, on a trip to Germany, Mr. Roberto Cuadra Recuero received the award from the President Mr. José Luis Barceló and Mr. Juan Ignacio Navas Marqués, Vice President of said Association.
The European Gold Medal for Merit at Work is an award with which the European Association for Economics and Competitiveness (AEDEEC) rewards the trajectory of organizations, companies and professionals who have stood out within Spain and the European Union for their practices and initiatives in support of entrepreneurial spirit and awareness.
The “Our Psychologist ” Psychotherapy Center, directed by Gerardo Castaño Recuero has received the “Gold Medal for Merit at Work” awarded by the European Association for Economics and Competitiveness (AEDEEC), in recognition of his brilliant professional career.

As on other previous occasions, the place chosen for the celebration of the trophy ceremony and the subsequent dinner of honor was the incomparable setting of the Madrid hotel Eurostars Suites Mirasierra .
On March 9, 2018 at 9:00 p.m., the event was held in the meeting rooms of the aforementioned hotel, with all the winners and the highest representatives of the AEDEEC meeting. The event was presented by the well-known journalist Emilio Javier García Plaza . First, the award ceremony was held for the awardees. Later a gala dinner took place.
The president of the José Luis Barceló Association presented the Gold Medals and the accrediting Diplomas to the representatives of the different companies and awarded professionals. The vice president of the AEDEEC, Juan Ignacio Navas Marqués , collaborated in the awards ceremony.

The European Association for the Economy and Competitiveness (AEDEEC) is an association that, since its inception, has had a very specific objective: to promote, stimulate and recognize the factors of companies and professionals that contribute to development within the European business context.

AEDEEC Awards.
The Gold Medal for Merit at Work is the highest award awarded each year by the European Association for Economics and Competitiveness. With this award he rewards the entrepreneurial spirit and professional achievements of the different sectors of the economy.
This medal recognizes , rewards and celebrates the success of companies and professionals with an exemplary trajectory at the national and / or European level .
This Award rewards the activity of professionals from all sectors within the European Economic Community (EEC) , who meet the aforementioned requirements. The professionals and companies that receive this Gold Medal become a role model in their sector both nationally and internationally.

The Center for Psychology and Psychotherapy ” Our Psychologist ” is directed by Gerardo Castaño Recuero and this year he has been awarded the Gold Medal for Merit at Work.
The award was received by Mr. Roberto Cuadra Recuero , an aeronautical engineer, and a relative of the recipient, who could not attend the event because he was traveling in Germany.
The award for Our Psychologist has been based on a double track:
– On the one hand, the firm commitment that this center, since its inception, made in favor of offering its patients a modern and quality therapy at a totally affordable price .
– On the other hand, it is worth mentioning the important role that this company has given to new technologies. The Internet and social networks have been the fundamental pillars on which the center has relied, to make itself known to all Madrilenians.

The current economic crisis has put many people out of work and has dramatically decreased their purchasing power. This crisis situation has contributed decisively to increase the problems of many Madrilenians. In this situation it is very difficult to have access to quality psychotherapy.
Gerardo Castaño Recuero, completed his studies in Psychology, with a Master’s degree in Psychoanalysis and another in Emotion-Focused Therapy (TFE) at the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (Madrid) and has always been very clear that all Madrilenians, who need it, they have the right to receive quality psychotherapy .
